I will not kid you. Going into lampworking requires much time and expense. If you are going to do it, you should do it properly and safely. In November 2005 we finally moved to a house where I could install my studio downstairs with the proper ventelation and a natural gas hookup. I installed a separate electrical circuit for my kilns, too. Here are some photos of my work spaces:
