General Policies

Prices are subject to change with no prior notice.
While great care is taken to provide accurate pricing, Lampwork by Lori is not responsible for typographical or programming errors.
Colors are as accurate as possible. However, due to the varying quality and differences of monitors, the colors viewed on your monitor may not be as accurate.
Lampwork by Lori reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Lampwork by Lori reserves the right to make changes to our site and policies at any time.

Shipping Policies

Domestic orders for as many bead, jewlery, and lampworking supplies as you like are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for $5. However, if you are ordering spinner mugs, an additional $4 is added for the first 1-4 mugs, and $9 for each additional 1-4 mugs. Insurance is highly recommended. You can add insurance to your order during checkout.
Canada orders for as many bead, jewlery, and lampworking supplies as you like are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International for $9. However, if you are ordering spinner mugs, an additional $14 is added for the first 1-4 mugs, and $23 for each additional 1-4 mugs. Insurance is not available.
International orders for as many bead, jewlery, and lampworking supplies as you like are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International for $11. However, if you are ordering spinner mugs, an additional $26 is added for the first 1-4 mugs, and $37 for each additional 1-4 mugs. Insurance is not available.

Privacy

Your name and address is supplied to the shipping carrier (package label).
Lampwork by Lori does not share any personal information gathered during a business transaction with third parties without your permission except when required by law, or to assure delivery of your order.
Lampwork by Lori maintains a strict anti-spam policy. Your email address and/or personal information will never be sold.
Cookies may be used on the website, this information is collected for statistical purposes and will never be used to identify individuals.

Returns

I want you to be thrilled with your purchases! Items returned in the condition they were shipped will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.
To return an item/items, pack them securely and firmly in a shipping box to prevent chipping or cracking during shipping. Include a copy of your receipt.
Uninsured items broken in transit will not be accepted for return.
I reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.
